In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "57j77" or "Platform" refers to the online betting and live casino service operated under the domain 57j77.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and in-platform features.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered on 57j77 through which the player accesses all platform services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the 57j77 platform and is using the service in any capacity.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the 57j77 platform are denominated.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated account balance held within a Player's 57j77 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a Player's Account by 57j77 pursuant to a promotional offer, which is subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "Real Funds" means BDT deposited by a Player directly into their Wallet via an accepted payment method, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Terms" or "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions as amended by 57j77 from time to time.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone in which 57j77 operations and support services are based.

By accessing the 57j77 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any product or feature offered on 57j77, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall include that person.

These Terms are effective from the date you first register an Account on 57j77 and remain in effect for the duration of your use of the platform, including after Account closure where any outstanding obligations remain unresolved.

57j77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via notice on the platform or by email to the registered address on your Account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the 57j77 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 57j77 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all platform products. Players found to have provided false date-of-birth information will have their Account immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

• Single Account: Each individual person may hold only one Account on 57j77. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either placed through the 57j77 responsible gaming dashboard or communicated to the support team. Attempting to register a new Account while under a self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of 57j77 platform products, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided is true and that you will update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

57j77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks on any Account at any time. Verification may include requesting copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the time period specified by 57j77 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Your Account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access your Account. 57j77 is not liable for any losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials where that unauthorised use resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

57j77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 57j77 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted methods are subject to change at 57j77's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfer methods. Deposits are credited to the Account Wallet following confirmation from the payment provider. 57j77 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to the Wallet and converted into real-money play.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 57j77 finance team. Standard processing time is 5 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 2 banking days for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to completion of any pending identity verification requirements. 57j77 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to the Account. Where this is not possible, the player must contact the support team to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. 57j77 reserves the right to require additional verification in such circumstances.

Transaction limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits may apply to individual Accounts based on Account verification status, responsible gaming settings, and operational requirements. Players may view their current limits from the Account dashboard.

All bets placed on the 57j77 platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant betting market or casino game. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until the platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number to the Player's Account. 57j77 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and games and are displayed at the point of bet placement or at the relevant game table. 57j77 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.

Void bets: 57j77 reserves the right to void any bet where (a) the bet was placed on a market that was offered in error, including erroneous odds, (b) the event to which the bet relates was abandoned or significantly altered prior to completion, (c) there is evidence that the bet was placed using inside information or in collusion with other parties, or (d) the bet was placed using prohibited software or automation.

Cricket markets: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series cricket markets, settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BPL, BCCI, ICC as applicable). In the event of a match being abandoned due to rain or other circumstances, standard industry abandonment rules will apply as set out in the specific market rules.

Live casino games: For live dealer games supplied by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other studio partners, the game supplier's own rules govern gameplay outcomes. 57j77 is not responsible for errors or technical faults occurring within the game supplier's platform.

57j77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the individual offer terms and may include requirements such as minimum deposit amount, first deposit status, Account verification status, and specific game or market restrictions.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Funds. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only unless otherwise stated. Real Funds are wagered first from a mixed Wallet balance.

• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to registration of multiple Accounts, use of coordinated bets to reduce wagering risk, arbitrage betting with Bonus Funds, or any other activity that 57j77 determines to constitute exploitation of promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on the 57j77 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the 57j77 platform, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, address, or payment information at any point, including during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or gain an unfair advantage on any betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the 57j77 platform or in any third-party game supplied through the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account, intercept platform communications, or reverse-engineer any part of the 57j77 platform.
• Using the platform in any manner that causes or risks causing damage, interruption, or impaired functionality to the platform's infrastructure or to the experience of other players.

All content on the 57j77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, game imagery, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 57j77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their personal entertainment and betting purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, data scraping, automated querying, or public display of any 57j77 platform content.

• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, statistics, or market information displayed on the platform where such inaccuracy resulted from a data feed error from a third-party supplier.
• Any loss or damage arising from a Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 57j77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
